Description

Palladium Chloride

Palladium(II) chloride is a palladium salt represented by PdCl2.

Palladium(II) chloride, or palladium dichloride or palladous chloride (PdCl2), manufactured by a high temperature reaction between chlorine and palladium is a common starting material (precursor) used in palladium chemistry. Palladium based homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts prepared using this precursor are versatile catalysts used by the chemical industry.
